Terms and conditions of delivery:
If you are not home at the time of the delivery, you will have fifteen days to make your wish to receive it again known to us. After this period, Intelidus will consider that you do not wish to receive your order, thus putting an end to our agreement. Your order will be canceled and sent back to the stockroom. Report a delay of delivery:
If you have received a confirmation of the dispatch of your order and still haven't received it, could you, please,
contact us. Do not forget to indicate the number of your order.
If your order gets lost or can't be delivered, it can take 14 working days to confirm the situation. During that period of time, no refund will be made.
